I pulled a LOTV Topper from my vast stash!!
The backing paper was free in Making Cards mag years ago.
I added a scrap of lace with a flower at the bottom.
Seam binding to add the sentiment. et voila.
Prize on offer is a stamp set
The name drawn from the comments on my Allsorts post last week for the Birthday celebration week was No. 8 Jenny H
