I hope you enjoy your visit to my blog, mainly card making but I now have six Grand children, five girls and a boy. As I love these kids so much I can't help showing an odd picture of them now and again. I really need to get into Scrapbooking too, loads of pics to use. I do some knitting and crocheting too. I also have a page on Facebook - Wendy's Crafty Crafts where I have a fun challenge most weeks.
Hi.
I live
in Spain
with my partner. I am retired and LOVE it. I love life here but I do miss my family back in the UK, two sons and three sisters and my Mum.
Crafting is my life, I do something every single day. In the past it has helped me get through some bad times in my life. One such bad time was when my first grandson died aged just 14 months. He had been born 8 weeks prem but was very healthy and was growing into a beautiful, bonny boy. It was such a shock when the call came. A day never passes when I dont think of him.
I am now Nanna again to grand daughter, Hollie, born July 2012, and Tess born March 2016. This is my younger son and his partner. I now have another Grandson, Noah, born Nov 2013 to my elder Son and they have 3 daughters Aurora, born March 2015 and Arabella, born August 2017 and Arianna born 2019.
Thanks for visiting and I hope you enjoy my makes. Please leave a comment so that I know you have visited me. I love reading them all. xxxx
Hopefully we may be able to get back to Craft Club after Easter, we will just have to wait and see if figures go up as people will always break the rules and meet up for family dinners for Easter.

Facebook is having a wobbly with me, it's saying I have been abusive and won't let me like or comment in some groups, so I am taking a break from some groups.
I meant to share this with you on Tuesday with the Mothers day card.
My nephew in the UK started a business a while ago making and selling fudge and cookies.
I ordered some for my Mum both for Christmas and Mothers da
He sent me a pick of the ones he sent on Sunday and he also sent me some in the post and OMG, if you are a fudge lover you should try these, they are so creamy and yummy and a great range of flavours.
He posts round the UK so have a look on the linked website, you wont be sorry.
This is the Mothers Day card I made for Johns Mum.
I used the Groovi Henry Border grid plate, I did have a bit of trouble getting to grips with this one but managed it in the end. The centre piece is the Groovi club monthly plate which I coloured with Polychromos. All matted onto Clarity designer paper.
I do love using the border grid plates but the embossing is not good for my creaky thumb.
After afew restrictions were lifted in UK my Sister was finally able to visit my Mum 1 to 1.
My Challenge this week is another sketch and here is my card.
This topper I have had in my box for years, I think I was experimenting with cocktail sticks and pearls on the ends. Infact I have a couple more with tiny knitting on for baby cards which I shall make up and show in another post.

Last week was a sketch also.
