My Craft Club challenge this week is a sketch and here is my card.

Old Stash

 Good Morning All

I was watching You Tube videos at the weekend and I watched one from Clarity with Paul and  he was using a die similar to one I had, an old one.  Ok, I thought, start using some old stash  so off I went to the Craftroom.

Paul used double sided sticky sheets and glittered the background which looked very effective too.

So many ways to use it so I'm sure there will be more to come.

I'm using the cards I make a present to put in boxes that I make for the charities to use for Raffle prizes.

Crochet cowls for Gifts

 Good Morning All 

I have been crocheting afew of these for gifts and also for the charity for next winter.

This is the latest one using 3 colours of wool, Double Knitting and beautifully soft.  

This is the next one in a lovely turquoise colour with wool I bough in the Uk while visiting my Mum afew weeks ago.

The is the same type of wool as the top one but just two colours, the same as the cardi I made for myself last winter.

Then this was the first one I made with wool given to me by a Crafty Friend, Pat.

So easy and quick and a small amount of wool used so very economical.

Next is a lovely Turquoise colour with wool I bought in UK last week.





This is the 2nd one I made using remains of wool from cardifan I made for myself last year.

Agapanthus Groovi

 Good Morning All

I was looking through my photo files for a card to pot today and this one jumped out at me.

It is made using various plates  -  Agapanthus, a grid and two sentiment plates.

This is a  good example to use in my class as I like to  encourage the ladies too use multi plates.

Motorcycle recycled

 Good Morning All

I made this card by recycling one sent to john in November.

I do this with all the handmade cards I receive.

I added an offcut of hessian and some papers I bought on a destash site afew years ago.

A great man card.

Its raining

Good Morning All

Every so often I like to do a very plain, easy Groovi card and this is one of them.I made this a while ago, it may be one of the monthly club plates or I may have borrowed it from my friend Eve.

I coloured some parts on the back, picot cut around the edges, which I enjoy.

I think it's quite cute.

Plus we are scheduled for  rain for the next few days.

The third challenge  (20th Jan) was to Recycle, Re purpose or Re-use.

I recycled A5 envelopes into Notebooks.

And I Re-used one of Johns Birthday cards to make another card for the charity box.

Dawn recycled  pate tin into a lovely storage tin.

Denise made three card using others cast off bits.

Maggie covered a Wine Box with Material  to make a storage box.

Eve made a lovey folio from envelopes.

Claire made two cards by re-using other cards.

And the name drawn was  EVE

I used Heart Gems and Green using one of my favourite Groovi plates.
