Happy Sunday Challenge Clean & Simple

 Good Morning All

I have not had time or to tell the truth, I forgot to make a card for my Craft Club challenge so I made it up and said Clean & Simple.

So I made this card yesterday, very Clean & Simple for me-.

The gifts I gave out to the ladies were tissues. abit boring but I am running low on supplies with not going back to UK. Will have to source some from shops here.

On Friday I took my Oxides in for the ladies to play with as I had had a great time afew days before making papers for my journals.

Here's Maggie with some of hers, she loved it.

         Dawn brought some bubble wrap in and I made the ones on the right with that, I loved that effect.

Good Morning All

Instead of a Sketch for my Craft Club ladies  this week, I gave them each a sheet from a Decoupage pad from Joanna Sheen, I have done this before and they come up with some lovely makes.

This is mine, a very quick, easy card.

Here are the gifts I gave to my Craft Club ladies this week - Soap in a box.

I had made this box ages ago and thought it was very pretty and it was also very easy to make.

So I looked in my stock of gifts and thought the soaps would go in it very nicely.

I bought these lovely,  shaped soaps when we were in Altea in April.

Penny Black for Allsorts and Happy Sunday

As part of the Allsorts Challenge Design Team, we can partake in the Penny Black and more Challenge as a DT if we like to.

I always seem to forget but as I was going through my Topper box last Thursday, I found this stamped image and I know it's Penny Black 40-286 Jubilant.

The theme is Springtime.

At my Craft Club on Friday, these were the gifts I made boxes for and gave to the ladies.

A fold flat box as made by Sam at Pootles on You Tube.

And the gifts were these lovely Vintage looking tins, about   

4 x 3".

I thought they might be handy for storing little crafty items in.

Good Morning All

As this goes live we will have arrived in UK as Johns Mum is not too good.

Here is my card for this week, maybe longer as we are not sure how long we will be away.

USE YOUR SCRAPS

I would like to see your background made from scraps.

This is odd scraps of card left on my desk.

And I even cut some butterflies out of them before I glued them down, from the parts that wont be seen!!!

And a second card, again using nice pieces of card that are not big enough for a whole mat.
