Crafty Ribbons

Good Morning All

It is  my turn for the Crafty Ribbons Inspiration blog HERE.

When I saw this lovely Paw print Grosgrain ribbon I knew what I wanted to make.

Not a nice subject but I made a little bag to attach to Ricos lead to hold his poo bags, before they are used of course!!!

This is a card I  made using some more of the ribbon.

I gave it to the people that run the Rescue Centre where we got Rico from.

Pretty Paper

Good Morning All

My Friend Val J bought Johns Sandwich box die when he first released it, and I borrowed it and just cut afew out so stick on a card.
So these have been in my 'to use box' for ages. 

The gorgeous paper is a pad I bought from Joanna Sheen.
I decided it looked better with pearls added

This is part of clearing all my leftover bits.

I used the leftover piece of paper for the inside.

Fantasy for MAWTT

Good Morning All

MAWTT challenge is Fantasy, a theme chosen by one of my newer DT members, June.
I made two cards from the one page of decoupage.
This is the first one which I think I shall keep for one of the girls Birthdays.
All homemade embellishments.
Butterfly embossed Centura Pearl card.

Gift Bags

Good Morning All

I was asked by my friend Val J if I could make some more bags for her daughter to sell.

I love making these and decorating them.

These are just afew of them.

I think she fills them with choccy goodie or toiletries.

I forgot to add these pics to the post yesterday of the gorgeous Paper Clips I received from my partner.

I think I shall use them to adorn a card or to add to a Junk Journal.

Altered Paper Clips Swap

Good Morning All

As you know, I am in a swap group on Facebook and the last one I too part in was to send Altered Paper Clips.

Well here are mine.

I used lots of bits of ribbon from Crafty Ribbon

you can but off cuts, great for this type of work.

This is a great way of using scraps too.

Also, if you make Junk Journals, a great way to add page marks.

I decorated both sides, that is why there are so many pics.

Sketch and Craft Club

Good Morning All

I gave the ladies at my Craft Club on Friday,  one of these lovely boxes made from a tutorial by Pootles.

I put two fragranced Tealight candles in each one.

Quite an easy sketch this week

Three circles in a diagonal line.

And my interpretation.

I stamped my backgroung paper using JND stamps

This one, I used the free stamps with Stamping magazine and the papers too.

We are away tomorrow for afew days to a place called Altea.

We went there last year for the same price and  the deal was too good to pass up. 

99 euro for 3 nights, 4 days full board.

So I have scheduled a couple of posts.

Pearls for Allsorts

Good Morning All

Allsorts Challenge this week is hosted by  Helene.

The theme is Pearls.

I used a Chloe stamp and die

for the main focal point.

Ombre card underneath that you can just see under the flowers.

I added pearls in flower centres.

One of my dangle stick pins made with pearls.

Friends Birthday card

Good Morning All

I made this pretty card for a friends Birthday.

Centura Pearl card embossed with Fanfare folder from CE.

Johns Gerbera stamp and die, heat embossed in black and white.

I did originally make it for a sketch challenge but decided to keep it for a Birthday card.

Leaf element from another of Johns stamp sets.

Random pearls and some tiny butterflies.

John is on Hochanda on Sunday with some new releases.

This is the view in the very large park where I walk Rico sometimes .

A beautiful manmade lake, lots of geese and ducks so I have to be careful.
