I have made two cards for my challenge with John Next Door. He is getting afew more visitors to his blog and he is made up, he does make some wonderful creations.
This is what I gave him -
This is the first one I made - used the foils to do some T-bag folding and mounted onto a scalloped hexagon with the flower button in the middle. I was given the gorgeous cream corner swirl whilst in the UK from one of my Docraft buddies - Chris Lee, she sent me loads and I love her for her kindness.
This is my second one using the vellum to make a sleeve over a brown base card, cut an aperture in the vellum and the same shape in a different shade of brown card for the inside.
I crocheted a gorgeous butterfly from the instructions on this lovely lady's blog, they are very quick and easy to do if you can crochet basic stitches.
As I wanted to use most of the stuff chosen, I decided to put and extra insert inside using a different shade of brown card, and I decided to use the piece of vellum that had been cut out from the front.I just quickly wanted to show you afew more of the butterflies I have made in different colours.
I wonder what John will come up with for next weeks mojo challenge. Hope you are all having a great weekend.
xxxx
