Todays card is flip card I made following Christinas video from Card Making Magic.  She has some wonderful tutorials and they are very easy to follow.

All the flowers are punched and inked
The pearly decoration is homemade and I thought it would be nice to try something different instead if a straight pin

Woolly and Waste

Good Morning All
Todays card is one I  made last week and really cost next to nothing to make!!!!

Both sentiments are freebies - the circle is Jak Heath and the bits stuck around them are all cut offs from border shapes or doilies
Frame is the negative from a die cut
Buttons from ebay for a minimal amount for a big bag full
Centre flower picture is left over from  decoupage sheet
NOW the woolly fabric on the left is from a China Bazaar shop here (there are loads of them and you can buy anything and everything) This was with the knitting wool and John (next door) and I saw it and both agreed that it would look great on cards. 60cents (50p) for 2 balls!!!!!!!!!!!!
Just goes to show that you can craft on the cheap.  I found some lovely red twine the other night when we were walking to the bar for tapas, so I picked it up to use at some point on one of my cards!!!!!!!!!!!

This was my prize for a chalenge win at Ready Teddy Go at beginning of August, WOW how brill is this..............  I have already been using them on cards I have made this week.  The holographic tiny butterflies are gorgeous and seem to match any colour scheme too.

Green Christmas

Good Afternoon All
My, it is hot here and getting hotter for the weekend , 40 and above.

So, just the right time to think about more Christmas cards , LOL.

This style is quite easy to make
2 pieces of A5 size card - score 1 in half and the other into quarter intervals
Cut an aperture in the 2nd piece, any shape you desire
Decide on an image to dangle in aperture and make sure it will swing around freely on jump rings
Stick paper to first half before glueing 2 pieces together on 1st and 4th quarter
Bling up/decorate to your hearts desire!!!!

Mine is quite plain as it will be posted to UK, but I think you could colour 2 images and stick together for centre and put loads of flowers, gems, pearls, bows, ribbons etc etc.
I will definately be making more of this style both for Christmas and other occasions too.  Being A5 size, the aperture could be cut using my Cuttlebug and that would give it alot fancier design.

Soccer

Good Afternoon All

Hope all is well with you.
Today would have been my Grandsons 3rd birthday, so feeling a little low today.  But going to Spanish shortly, so that will take my mind off him.  I console myself by thinking he is in a better place now, possibly with my dad and his other great grand dad.

Todays card is a Bugaboo digi ' Soccer'.  I have kept it quite plain as it will be for a boy/man.

A quick card today.

I didn,t want to colour it as I thought it would look good just black and white
Simply matted and layered, 1st  white layer is embossed
Quilled flowers
Homemade - chain with beads on, held down with a brad

Black & White

Good Morning All

My card-----------------

A5 black card.
Matted using both black and white card from stash and top layer of white is embossed with hearts.
All embellishments are Forever Friends 'Going to the Chapel' outline stickers (which look abit green against the black but they are holographic.  The main image I stuck onto acetate and cut out.
Satin ribbon from stash and homemade pin with black & white bead on.
Hearts cut using Nellie Snellen Dies.
Congratulations sentiment from Forever Friends too.

What a wonderful morning it is today,  my grand daughter was born yesterday, just 3 days late.  She is gorgeous.  I will post a pic tomorrow.
