Happy Sunday Challenge

 Good Morning All

Back to a Bingo chart for this weeks challenge. 

I made a card using a painted doodle that I have been playing abut with.  Some of the ladies at craft wanted to have a play on Friday so I took my cheapest of water colours sets, very basic, and some watercolour card and Micron pens.

I printed the sentiment straight onto the card base, it did take a bit of fiddling about but finally managed it by taping the card to an A4 piece of paper.

Chart to follow - I used Emboss, Oval and Flower.

Hot Foil

 Good Morning All

One of my Craft ladies very kindly bought some stuff for the club. One of the items was a We Are Memory Keepers Hot Foil Pen and I tried it first then I could show the others.

I loved it.  I stamped the image onto tracing paper, then overlaid it onto the black card then traced with the hot foil pen.

I like it best on black card but I think I will buy some coloured foil and do some Christmas trees for my cards this year.

Val J tried it and she loved it too.

Groovi Monthly plate

 Good Morning All

This card is made using the Monthly plate I received this month from Clarity.

I did try snipping a trellis on the sale but it broke, so I cut the whole lot out and inserted the peeloff sentiment.

I'm quite happy with it.

Happy Sunday Challenge

 Good Morning All

I went back to a sketch for the Craft Club ladies on Friday.

A very quick, simple card using an LOTV  topper, a homemade sentiment and paper from my stash.

The gifts I gave out were all leftovers, there were only afew at group this week and I am still trying to get rid of all the chocolate ones, but I did make a Victoria sponge cake for them!!!!

Doodles

 Good Morning All

I have been doodling again.

I joined a group on Facebook called Clean & Simple Cards and the cards on there inspired me.

This pic is abit blurry but it gives you the idea.

I managed to work out how to print the sentiment directly onto my card blank.

I did some splodge painting with a cheap set of watercolours and doodled around with a fine liner pen.

I cut various frames with CE Pierced Ovals die set.

This one has a small LOTV topper.

I used my scoreboard for all of them, just afew lines on the front and the back gives it a nice shadow effect.

I have shown these on Facebook last week but thought I would show them here too.

I really like them and will be making lots more for the charity boxes.

Groovi Sweet Pea

 Good Morning all

This post went live last week but I hadn't finished as I hadn't added the pic.

My craft friend Eve is in UK at present and she left afew of her Groovi with me to play with and this is one of them. I think it is Sweet Pea.

I have done it on Black parchment.

It is a lovely plate to work with, the lines are very fine.

Happy Sunday Challenge

 Good Morning All

Happy Sunday to you all.

I have a Bingo card for my challenge this week and this is the card I made to show the Craft Club ladies.

I think the Die is from a swap so I dont know whose it is, parchment punched flowers and some gauze fabric I was gifted.

I added pearls to the butterfly bodies

I used Butterfly,  Pink,  Sympathy

The gifts I gave out were mini Milky Way, just afew more weeks of choccy gifts then I will have to find something else as it's getting too hot, it all melts LOL.

Now onto last weeks challenge.

Sharm Studio Ukraine

 Good Morning All

A quick card today for the charity box using a dig set from SharmStudio over on Etsy.

I have made similar ones before but I do like to remind you of the digis as the designer is in Ukraine and needs our support.

The butterfly EF is from Creative Expressions and it's one I do use alot.

The sentiment is printed  from my laptop.

So a quick, no frills card.

It is TaylorMadeCards  4 U and a great one for me as it is a mix of cards and Junk Journals.

Kristie Art Design Digis

 Good Morning All

I am still making cards for the charity boxes and these two are using images from Kristie Art on Etsy, a Ukranian seller.

The background on this first one is from a while ago when I was playing with Pixie powders.

This one is a EF from Creative Expressions Mosaic Leaves.

I love these flowers digis from Kristie, they come in a set of 8 which I resized to a smaller size, and there is 75% off in her shop now too.

Crafty Friends & MAWTT Challenges

 Good Morning All

Both Crafty Friends Challenge and Moving Along With The Times Challenges fall on the 1st of the month

and this month they are the same theme, although Zoe at MAWTT said it could be Fathers Day.

So Crafty Friends theme is

Men / Boys

and MAWTT is

Masculine / Fathers Day

So I have combined the two and made this Groovi card featuring a picot cut car.

I stuck gems where the lights are as that is where I glued it on.

Added the embossed sentiment and afew embossed dots.
