Gift Boxes

 Hi

I still give all my Craft Group a gift each week and here are two lots.

The first ones contained a tube of Polo Mints

And these have a box of fruit Tictacs.

I decorate with some of my stash that I make.

Outlawz Colour Challenge DT

 Hi Everyone

Sunday is the day I show the challenge I set for my Craft Group.

Although we didn't have a meet at the shop but instead, we went for a meal for one of the ladies Birthday.

I still give them a challenge as I show it on my Facebook page too.

This week it is

Here are my two cards.

This one using my scraps as shown in a previous post.

I  have been busy this week making Christmas cards, both for my own use and two boxes to go in my hairdressers and beauty shops.

Hopefully they will sell afew so that I can give much needed funds to the charities.

Winter Wonderland for MAWTT

Moving Along With The Times Challenge this month is

Winter Wonderland 

I used a large aperture card and added a Groovi scene backed onto black card.

I coloured a little bit  on the back and added Stickles on the front for snow.

Not A Card

 Hi

Today I have a Mini Envelope Bellyband for one of my Junk Journals.

3 Little envelopes with a strip over to keep them closed and the strip holds with a mini magnet.

Here's one in a journal.

I added a little dangle charm at the bottom.

I have a You Tube video on making these.

It's fun making the mini envelopes too as these can be added to the front of a card to hole a secret message.

Its a sentiment sticker I aquired from somewhere.

Pretty designer papers and afew of my tiny butterflies.

Hope you are all having a good weekend.

The challenge I set the Craft Group on Friday was a little bit different

A foreign country or landmark

I had these images and used them on a variety of cards and though it would make an interesting challenge.

I did give out the images but as a couple of the ladies weren't able to make it on Friday,

 I gave them the Anything Goes option too.

Well my crafting mojo has definitely  returned, I want to stay in my Craft room for ever!!

Christmas is in the Air in there and getting started on my cards and gift bags.

Crochet Blanket

 Hi

Today's post for Not A Card Wednesday is a Crochet Blanket or Shawl.

I bought this yarn when I was in UK at my sisters afew weeks ago, it was very good value but also soft, perfect for a baby blanket.

I used the corner to corner stitch but in a rectangle so this blanket measures qbout 90 x 100cm.

This will be going to the charity when it gets cooler.

I followed this pattern on You tube

From Bag O day channel.

The bonus is, I don't need to do a border as it ends naturally with a scalloped edge.

I like this colour combo too, do you??
