Friday was another Red day here so everywhere was shut.

Floral Notebooks

 Good Morning All

No Craft Group today as it is what we call a Red day (Bank Holiday) here in Spain so everywhere is shut.

So I guess I will be in my craftroom!!!!

Perhaps making some more of these Notebooks.

I took a box of them to my Slimming Group and sold quite afew, I didn't realise how many I had made over the months, until I put them all together to take to group.

They are about 4x6 and I use all the offcuts of paper  left over from my card inserts.

Very handy to keep in a handbag and they do make a nice little gift too,

Christmas Colours for Outlawz Colour Challenge

 Good Morning All

Outlawz Colour Challenge this month is

Christmas

I stuck with Traditional Colours of Red and Green and made two cards.

Last year my sister gave me some card blanks in these colours.

I think I was given this first topper, matted onto green sparkle card and Gold Mirri card.

This one is a PB stamp coloured with Polychromo pencils, onto Mirri card again and an odd piece of ribbon from Crafty Ribbon UK.

Happy Sunday & MAWTT Christmas Character

 Good Morning All

As its the 1st of the month its Moving Along With The Times Challenge time and the theme is

A Christmas Character ( Santa, Snowman, Elf, Carolers)

I pulled out a decoupaged Santa, which has been in my stash for ages.

The ribbon is from Crafty Ribbons UK and some snowflake card matted onto gold Mirri.

Not A Card for MTTC

 Good Morning All

My Time To Craft Challenge this time  has been chosen by Maria.

Not A Card

So, guess what, I made a Folio.  It is Sunflower themed from a kit by FabiArtStudio on Etsy.

There are pockets, tags and journal cards all included in the kit and I added a notepad made from card insert offcuts.

This is the front  tied with seam binding  and a Dangle added to the spine.

A back view once folded out, there is a pocket on the back with journal cards.

Inside, the notebook is on the left and under it is another pocket.

This is inside the front fold with a pocket with tags added and the notebook on the right.

I love making these and they make great gifts or Happy Mail or I sell them for the charities or include one with a journal.

Tonic Toppers

 Good Morning All

A while ago I bought a couple of packs of Tonic Toppers from the Craft shop in Quesada where I do my classes.

They make quick easy cards for the charity boxes and here are afew.

All using offcuts of card so that's a bonus too.

I used a topper from a pack I bought in the local Craft Shop, Elipacrafts in Quesada, they are all Animals so will be very useful.

Christmas Envelopes

 Good Morning All

As you may know, I give the ladies in all my Craft Groups a little gifts bag at Christmas.

They usually contain a gift of some sort and a Christmas Cracker made with JND die containing sweets and chocs, and  an envelope with a voucher for the craft shop.

Here are the envelope I have made to put the voucher in.

I used  my envelope punch board to make them,  closed with a bellyband and decorated with a sparkly wool bow and a tiny dinglebell charm.

Here are the crackers I made too.  I dont add a snapper, just tie each end with organza ribbon.

I made about 20 of these each year!!

Some of them I decorate with JND Poinsettias diecuts.

Decoupage pages for Bea Grob

 Good Evening All

It is time for my Bea Grob Design Team Project and this month I have used some tissue paper to decoupage onto a page in my journal.

This came about because I ordered myself some new Trainers on Amazon Prime week and they were wrapped in tissue paper within the box.

So I thought I would use Bea's stamp set. 

I used Archival ink then it wouldn't run with the Modpodge

I added some to black pages and some to Amazon packaging paper pages.

It does look OK when its dry, this one is still abit damp.

This looks better.

This is a good way of using up some of that packaging that we all have.
