Good Morning All
I made this card for my sister and her hubby as it is their wedding anniversary today.  I wont be posting it to her as I am too late but she looks on here every day so she will have a nice surprise.

I bought quite afew dies from Joanna Sheen online shop, as she posts free to Spain and very quickly too, so I have been playing.  This trellis die is one of them and I  LOVE it, it's a Marianne, as is the butterfly.

Baby Baby

Good Evening All
I,ve been a busy bee today, both painting (decorating) and crafting.  I cant paint for too long as I get such back pain, I can barely get out of the chair at night.

I made this card to enter afew challenges, there are so many for
'New Beginnings' I thought I would make a baby card.

I cut two pieces of pink card 4" x 10" and then folded them at 4" intervals and glued them together at the 2" overlap.  Then proceeded to decorate each page with all sorts of baby stuff.

Then I made a box for it using my Crafters Companion box maker.  I decorated it with stickers from Daisy and Dandelion.

Sparkle and Snowflakes

Good Morning All
Monday morning means it is time for a new challenge at Love to Create. This week the theme is 'Sparkle and Snowflakes' and we are sponsored by Fresh Brewed Designs and Sassy Studio Designs

I chose a design from Fresh Brewed called Snow Owl because I thought he was pretty cute.  Coloured with Promarkers and Spectrum Noirs and glitter the muff and hat.   Mounted him onto a scalloped circle die cut and then surrounded him with snowflakes that I inked the ends of and then sprinkled with glitter. Popped gems here and there.

Dies and Punches

Good Morning All
My brill news this morning is --------
I have been asked to join the DT for Allsorts Challenge Blog Wow, I am so chuffed.

My first challenge for them is 'Dies and Punches' so this is a nice easy one to ease me in gently.

I made a braided ribbon by following Christinas tutorial here at Card Making Magic.  Used Spellbinders Edgeabilities 'Classic Edges' and 'Classic Bracket' to cut and emboss the purple card and then stuck the ribbon to it using a glue gun.  I put a bow on the top and a punched circle sentiment mounted onto 2 Spellbinders Scalloped Circle diecuts.  The corner dies are Memory Box 'Macarena Corner'.  I stuck purple gems in each corner and pink oval ones on the edges of the purple card (these took ages as they are so tiny).  This has all been mounted on pastel rainbow coloured sparkly card (which doesn,t show very well on pic) and then stuck onto an A5 white card blank.

 This is a close up of the corner die cut, the embossing on the edgabilities and the braided ribbon.

In the Blue

Good Afternoon All
 We have been painting and it is crippling my back so I have surrendered and got an estimate from a decorator to do my craft room for me instead of doing it ourselves - 60 euros so well worth it.  It will probably take us another week to finish the upstairs room we have started as we have t do so many coats as it was once an outside wall that has been glassed in, so it has a very rough texture.

I decided to show you this card today.  I made it a couple of weeks ago and the sentiment is from a pack that has been in my stash forever, I cant even remember where I bought it from.

The turquoise backing paper  (which has glitter on it)  and the wire flower is from some stuff given to me, as is the shiny paper that I have made the bitty blossom flowers from.  Narrow satin ribbon and a homemade bead pin complete it, oh, I forgot the gorgeous corner cut from waste card and  gems in each of  the corners for a bit of sparkle.  Hope you like it.

White plus one

Good Morning All
I rushing this morning as we are decorating and have lots to do.  I want to paint my craft space but I,m practising on the upstairs veranda first as the walls have to be prepared with some stuff that stops the paint soaking in, so doing upstairs first before tackling the downstairs (my craft space).

Since winning my envelope maker I have made afew cards  like this, with a stand instead of the normal folded in half style.  I thought this would be suitable for Valentines Day, the flowers look like red roses and they are made with Spellbinders Bitty Blossoms die.  Marianne Creatables corner die, Nellie Snellen heart die, ribbons and pearls from stash.  Inked edges.

Winter Wonderland

Good morning All
Monday morning means it is time for a new challenge at Love to Create and the theme this week is Winter Wonderland.  Our sponsors this week are Bugaboo

I chose 'Winter Boy' from Bugaboo

I mounted the image on Spellbinders labels die, then mounted on white card with blue twine wrapped around it and dotted it with glitter glue to look like snow.  I used embellishments to match the colours in the image (which I coloured with Promarkers and Spectrum Noirs)  --- green spiders web and ribbon both won in blog candy, buttons from ebay, sentiments are freebies.
