About Me

Alicante, Spain
Hi. I live in Spain with my partner. I am retired and LOVE it. I love life here but I do miss my family back in the UK, two sons and three sisters and my Mum. Crafting is my life, I do something every single day. In the past it has helped me get through some bad times in my life. One such bad time was when my first grandson died aged just 14 months. He had been born 8 weeks prem but was very healthy and was growing into a beautiful, bonny boy. It was such a shock when the call came. A day never passes when I dont think of him. I am now Nanna again to grand daughter, Hollie, born July 2012, and Tess born March 2016. This is my younger son and his partner. I now have another Grandson, Noah, born Nov 2013 to my elder Son and they have 3 daughters Aurora, born March 2015 and Arabella, born August 2017 and Arianna born 2019. Thanks for visiting and I hope you enjoy my makes. Please leave a comment so that I know you have visited me. I love reading them all. xxxx

JND Trellis die

 Good Morning All

Happy St. Valentines Day.

I have two smaller cards to show you today, abit too small, 5x5, but they will go into one of the boxes I make for charity raffle prizes.

I have alot of dies and decided I really should start using them more.

This one is so pretty from John (JND), I love anything Trellis.

Its a small die, about 4" square, so great for this size of card blank.

The paper is from an LOTV pad.

The sentiment is a die cut too.

This one I'm not as keen on.  Paper was in my stash and I used a peeloff for the sentiment.

Both of these cards would fit my Craft Group challenge too, I put it on my Facebook page too Here.

Hi Wendy,
2 wonderful cards made with John's dies.
Love them both as they both look very pretty and what a brilliant die to own.
I have quite a few of John's dies and loved meeting him again last year at a Craft Fair.
My sister made hime some knitted Jelly Babies which I posted to him after getting his address.
He in turn sent me a lovely die which I haven't used yet.
Must get on and use it but my fave of all are his corner dies as you get 4 so you can cut them all out together what a brilliant idea that is.
You know me I love my corner dies they are my fave craft item.
Lots of crafty love. Jenny L.
