I used a CE Emboss Folder of hearts and added a heart charm to the sentiment.

This digi is an old and I think it is Nicecrane.

Groovi Men Cards

 Good Morning All

Here are the rest of the Groovi Man cards I made for my Groovi class last week.

I thoroughly enjoyed making these as there is lots of snipping, which I love doing.

This one is quite simple and uses the starter plate for the background.  Then I snipped the car out and added it with tiny gold brads.

This one looks great left plain then matted onto Clarity designer paper to show through the snipped out bits.

This one, I coloured the squirrel to make him stand out abit more.

I found this somewhere on the net and thought it very apt and I think I shall print it out and add it to my Journal

Everyone of them is true and I need to take them on board as I am a great worryer, wish I could change!!!!

Some Notebooks

 Good Morning All

I have made some Notebooks to try and sell at my slimming club for the ladies to record their slimming journey and alos to try and raise more funds for the Dog charity.

This first one is a triple tag notebook and has two notebook in.

I made two like this one which are A5 size with pockets and tags inside.

I also have a YOu Tube video showing more of the insides.

Happy Sunday Challenge

Good Morning All

Well we have had a good break  from Craft Club and we were back on Friday with a new challenge but I did have lots of lovely entries from the ladies which are all below. 

For the first challenge of 2022 I decided on a nice easy Tic Tac To.

I went with Gems Ribbon Butterfly

The card is embossed with Mosaic Leaves from Creative Expressions, added afew of my punched butterflies, an organza ribbon bow with a Stick Pin

Chart to follow - 3 in any direction

I made another very similar to go in charity box too.

The gifts I gave out to the ladies on Friday were odds from last year so a Lucky Dip really.

Now onto the last challenge which was

AG with Option of New for Allsorts

 Good Morning All

Allsorts Challenge today is

Anything Goes with an option of using something NEW

I ordered a set of Masks from Clarity but I had them sent to Ricks house because of the import taxes here in Spain since last July.  So I was able to get them when I visited in December.

They are a set of  Happy words so I used Smile and stuck the word down first while I inked the card, then I took the word of and stuck the outside piece down while I inked the word in black.  The reason I did wiggly lines of glitter is because I smudged abit and I didn't want to waste it so used a glue pen and added copper coloured glitter then stuck a peeloff flower on the top of each line.

I like how it turned out and will be playing alot more with these masks.

They are A6 size

Groovi

 Good Morning All

Well we are back at classes and Tuesday was the first Groovi of 2022.

The theme for this class was  Mens Cards as we all seem to struggle with them.

I pulled all the plates I had that I thought would be OK for a man and made some samples with varying levels of skill.

This one is very easy so laong as you spell the words correctly as you have to emboss them backwards.

This one I love doing as it involves a little bit of picot snipping. and you can see the Clarity Designer paper underneath it.

This one is alot of picot snipping and you have to be careful when doing the edges as it is very narrow and they can break.

And obviously, you can see more of the paper through.

I love doing the snipping most of all I think, that's why I enjoy using the grids.

I think they  made some corkers, well done to them all. 

Here is one I finished from our last class which was Embellishments.

The Picot dies and plates are a real blessing from Clarity, you get a nice, neat edge on your shapes.

I have the Ovals, Squares and Circles and use them alot.

Anything Goes for Crafty Ribbons

 Good Morning All

Crafty Ribbons time again and I made this wonderful card using some super yummy ribbon available instore HERE.  The words ribbon is in there too.

I used the heart embossing folder as I thought that matched perfectly too.

Here are afew pics of the orange trees outside my Craftroom window, they are heavy with fruit at present.

I was talking to my best friend Trudy in the UK on New Years day via Whats App and she asked me what the weather was like, so I turned my phone around and showed her this view with perfect clear blue skies.  She was so jealous!!

Black White - 1 Colour for Allsorts & For a Lady for MAWTT

 Good Morning All

Allsorts Challenge time again and its a great theme of

Black & White plus one other colour.

I made an easel card using a Groovi circle and filled with patterns form different plates.

I added leaves and flowers to the corners using a  lilac parchment.

We have a stamp for a prize from Rare Earth

For A Lady or a Girl

Although the card above would have fitted this theme I have made another one.

I used dies form Creative Expressions and added the sentiment one to a border of Parchment and then added lots of gems and pearls.
