About Me

My photo
Alicante, Spain
Hi. I live in Spain with my partner. I am retired and LOVE it. I love life here but I do miss my family back in the UK, two sons and three sisters and my Mum. Crafting is my life, I do something every single day. In the past it has helped me get through some bad times in my life. One such bad time was when my first grandson died aged just 14 months. He had been born 8 weeks prem but was very healthy and was growing into a beautiful, bonny boy. It was such a shock when the call came. A day never passes when I dont think of him. I am now Nanna again to grand daughter, Hollie, born July 2012, and Tess born March 2016. This is my younger son and his partner. I now have another Grandson, Noah, born Nov 2013 to my elder Son and they have a daughter, Aurora, born March 2015. Thanks for visiting and I hope you enjoy my makes. Please leave a comment so that I know you have visited me. xxxx

Honest Opinions Please on Shabby Chic

Good Morning All
If you are a regular here, you will know that -I dont really do Shabby Chic Vintagy stuff but I always admire it so much.
I have been watching You Tube and thought I would have a go.

Honest opinions please, are they any good and which one, if any, do you like best.
I have a fave but I will see what you all say.
I have been doing afew Shabby Chic items but I shall show you  in future posts.
*******
We are away today for afew days to a place called Cartagena, a little south from us but very historic.
Also the cruise ships have started calling in there so it would be nice if one was in while we are there.

See ya soon.

  14. Oh wow! these are gorgeous Wendy… you've really embraced the Shabby Chic Vintage theme here… I thin they all have an authentic Victorian feel to them… Especially love the last one but could be because I love monochromatic and neutral colours... but also love the heart, flowers and lace on it ... so exquisite!
Hope you have a great week
    Big hugs, Sue B xx
