I hope you enjoy your visit to my blog, mainly card making but I now have six Grand children, five girls and a boy. As I love these kids so much I can't help showing an odd picture of them now and again. I really need to get into Scrapbooking too, loads of pics to use. I do some knitting and crocheting too. I also have a page on Facebook - Wendy's Crafty Crafts where I have a fun challenge most weeks.

Waste Not
I made this card using the packaging from a Kanban Quilling tool that I bought whilst in UK (I broke one of mine). I just thought that the black card with grey swirls looked lovely so here it is.
Simply mounted onto an A& deckled edged card blank
Peel off lilac butterflies stuck onto acetate and cut out to make them 3D
Zva Creations pearl swirl
Peeloff coloured in lilac
Pale organza ribbon
A very simple, very quick card
I hope Naomi (Creative Bug on the Loose) sees this xxxxxx. Naomi is a friend I have made through blogging and she wants to start quilling so I bought her one of these tools and posted it to her while I was in UK. I cant wait to see her creations.

PS Remember to have a go at The Forever Friends Monthly challenge where the theme is Ribbon so it's a nice easy one and a brilliant prize on offer and there is also a monthly GIVEAWAY announced today which is a great craft item (not telling what it is, you will have to hop over and take a peek)
