I hope you enjoy your visit to my blog, mainly card making but I now have six Grand children, five girls and a boy. As I love these kids so much I can't help showing an odd picture of them now and again. I really need to get into Scrapbooking too, loads of pics to use. I do some knitting and crocheting too. I also have a page on Facebook - Wendy's Crafty Crafts where I have a fun challenge most weeks.

Framed
Afew weeks ago, I was given a photo frame by John (Next door) and he challenged me to change it, make it different and he would do the same with one. It measures about 8 x 8" and has a verse about Mum on it.
I stripped all the pink roses paper and verse off it and stuck some different pink paper on, cut the aperture out but I made a mess of it and had to think of a way to cover it, so I cut scalloped circle with Cuttlebug. Then, literally, went to town on the pretty embellishments - Marianne Butterflies die (with Anita 3D glossy on) - Quilled flower - Organza Ribbon (from some card blanks I bought in The Works UK) - Corners (Papermania) - Gem and Buttons.
And of course , my gorgeous Grand Daughter Hollie Anais fast asleep in her moses basket. So this now stands with pride of place on my coffee table in my craft room.
I will try to get a pic of Johns to show you the vast difference in our styles. And here it is---
Our styles are so different as you can see.
