Sons Christmas card

Good Morning All

Well , I have finally found out what is wrong with Picassa with the help of my John.
Google, in it's infinite wisdom, have decided that they no longer want Picassa so we all have to use Google Photos.
I cannot edit, sort into folders or anything, I hate it.
So forgive my pics at present until I have learnt how to use it properly.
I had to start using Picassa afew years ago, because, once again, Google changed things.
I wish they would leave well alone.
Moan over, sorry.
Update - I spent alot of last night sorting out and renaming alot of albums in Google Photos.
I,m getting there I think. Please tell me which photo storage you all use, thanks.

This one is either for Lee or Ricky, obviously.
John Lockwood '12 Days of Christmas ' paper pad from last year.
I think the bauble die was borrowed from John afew years ago too.
I coloured them with Gilding Polish.

Wow is it hot here, getting upto 40 degrees Sunday and yesterday, we had to have aircon on all day  yesterday.
Hopefully, it will cool abit next week as Johns Mum arrives next Monday to keep him company while I am in UK visiting John Next Door, Ally Pally and then Rick and Lorien, and, of course, Hollie and Tess.

Message for Little lamb - Are you deffo going to Ally Pally, if you are I have a small gift for you.

  6. Hi Wendy
    Lovely use of John's papers.
I just store my photos on my laptop in a folder in My Documents. When they build up, I pop them on a memory stick. Just worried if theyre stored on line, if the site crashes, can your photos disappear forever?

  14. Lovely card I must do some more Christmas cards - there's only just over 100 days to go!
I have a folder on my laptop that contains my photos and I must have a real clear out and put a load on a USB stick Although my techie guy suggested getting a hard drive to transfer them onto Never used Picassa or Google Photo Although I know my blog photos end up on something on my OH's tablet...?

  17. Hi Wendy - such a pretty card - you'll be well prepared for Christmas! As for photos I often struggle too, I keep a lot of files in free Dropbox storage and just in files on my laptop and I edit mine in Serif Craft artist but I always feel like there's a better way - if I had the time to sort it all out!! - good luck hugs Judith x
