Moody Blue

Good Morning All

Moving Along With The Times challenge this time is 'Moody Blue and Debs wants to see Blues, there is a photo on the blog for inspiration for the colours.
I,m feeling abit blue as my back has gone again and I,m in agony, this is the worst it has been as I now have abit of numbness down my leg, so it's obviously a trapped nerve somewhere.  The worst is the night time when I,m trying to sleep and just cannot get comfy.  And we have more visitors arriving tonight.
I will just have to carry on crafting, at least the pain doesn't seem as bad when my mind is occupied!!!!


I decided to use a pre-coloured image from Pink Gem Designs and kept it very  simple as it is a 'male' card.
Afew opaque gems and a homemade sentiment.  The darker blue is a negative die cut and the image is cut with a Spellbinders Scalloped Circle, as is the sentiment.  The trellis corners are a Cheery Lynn die.

    Oh wendy I totally empathise with you about your back - I really hope it improves for you soon.
    Do take care though and don't over-do things - lots of rest and gentle movements :o(

    Hope your back is better soon. Having had a slipped disk I can totally sympathise. My Dr's advise was to walk, walk and walk some more. Easy for him to say but it did help. Joggng it out though :) Take care. xx

    Hi Wendy,

    So sorry to hear you are in pain, I know what that is like as I have permanent Sciatica, which is what it sounds like you have, if so nothing will ease it apart from physio, when mine is really bad the only thing I can do is lie down. I do hope you recover soon and good luck with your visitors.

    Card is gorgeous, love all the different shades and such a great image.

    Oh no Wendy I sympathize with your back, there is nothing worse! I too suffer and I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy.

    I'm so sorry about your back.. I suffer with it and there is nothing worse than nerve pain!! when I get the tingling in my leg, I do total rest for few days... then gradually build up... keep warm and take care....

    Lovely card Wendy. So perfect for a little boy.
    So sorry you´re feeling bad. Perhaps it´s sciatica? I had that a few years ago and it was very painful and the symptoms you describe are the same. I thing a trip to a Chiropractor would be the thing to do.
