All About The Boys

Good Morning All

Allsorts Challenge theme this week is 'All About The Boys' set by Tracy.

I wanted to do a different design of card and came up with this.  It looks like  a cross over at first.




I bought some magnetic fasteners from Ebay, so I made a strap with the mustard coloured card and wrapped this lovely  ribbon around it.



The papers and the tiny buttons are from PaperMania.

Sentiments are homemade, tied with blue and yellow narrow ribbon.



Then the inside stands like an easel card.

Happy Birthday is a Marianne die
(just bought, along with 5 others, but Sshhhhh !!!)



Lots of pictures so I hope you get the idea of the shape of this card


I chose to use this gorgeously cute image from Digi Darla.  I just think he is so sweet.
I have been practicing my colouring and this is done with Promarkers

    Oh Wow Wow Wow, LOVE this card Wendy!!!! You sure put a lot into this one, I love how it opens and I love your magnetic closure...I just bought some of these and have no idea what to do with them, they were on sale... beautiful job coloring the digi by Darla, you must be sad to see her business go.... beautiful job my crafty friend!!! hugs

    Love the card and its concept - will have to investigate the fasteners, it never dawned on me to use those on cards.

    Hi Wendy,

    This is brilliant, love the design and papers. The image is so cute, great surprise with him holding a flower towards the recipient and you have coloured him in perfectly. This would have made an excellent Mother's Day card from a young Son too.
