Craft Fayre

Good Early Morning All
It,s not oftern I am up this early, dressed and ready to go out, but today is the craft fayre at a local bar.  It is being held to raise money for the local folks that have no income, there are no ongoing state handouts here as there is in the UK, so when they lose their job, they get help for a short while, then it stops.  So the two blokes that run the bar collect food every week that the customers donate, take it to the town hall, and they distribute it to the families, I believe there are about 40 families in our village.  So a chunk of the proceeds that the stall holders take today goes to buy food for this cause.  Also, they are collecting gifts and toys that we wrap up and state wether it is for boy or girl, and so the same families will have gifts for the kiddies for 6th January, which is Kings day, which they celebrate more so than Christmas 25th December.
I will let you know later how we get on, my neighbour, Susie, is helping me as she has the gift of the gab!!! which comes in handy when trying to sell.  Gotta go now.  See you later.
