Cards from Cards

Good Morning All

The other day I was clearing out some boxes from the spare bedroom wardrobe and I came across a big box of both used and new cards (John Next Door gave them to me before he left).
Afew of the used ones had really nice bits on that I thought I could cut out and make toppers.
So here is three cards I made from them
This is the remainder of the printed sheet from the card I showed on Tuesday.

This paper was free in a magazine my sister gave me.
I added some parchment flowers to the corners.

This paper, again, is what I printed and I thought it matched the tulips on the topper perfectly.

So it just goes to show, dont throw stuff away, see what you can make with it.

We are going to stay with one of my Craft Ladies tonight, Jen.
We are going to see Paul Young and Jamie Moses in a band called  Los Pacaminos at Villa Martin.
Jen has booked a table at an Indian restaurant for 6 of us, I think her sister is joining us too.
I'm really looking forward to it as Jamie used to play with Queen and I have seen him many times with Brian May.
I met him too at a Queen Convention when he was playing there too, he is a guitarist by the way

  1. I had no idea you were a Queen fan Wendy, me too and went to several of their concerts and also the charity one at Wembley after Freddie died which was awesome with so many different artists. Also met Brian May once - at Harrods of all places in one of the restaurants. Have you seen the movie?

I digress, three pretty cards and especially drawn to the first.
