I,m so sad that I cant be there with her today but we will Skype.

Crafty Ribbons and Crafty Friends

Good Morning All

Crafty Friends Challenge this time is Lace or Ribbon or both.

Well I have lots so I used both.

I used Gilding Polish and LOTV paper for my backing.

I even used tiny waste pieces  on the sides under the image.

It is my turn to show a Crafty Ribbons piece for their Facebook Page and their Inspiration blog.

I adore Seam Binding and Crafty Ribbons have a fab selection HERE

On this card I used a Lilac and pale Cream and weaved it on a piece of card.

Then I stuck it onto a card blank, 5x7.

I tied some more into a bow and added one of my dangle charms

Stamped a sentiment from JND and added some paper flowers and afew butterflies.

Parchment Snipping.

Good Morning All

I have been practising my snipping on my parchment work.

All the Clarity team seem to have different preferences for tools and the way they snip.

These are afew flowers and dragonflies I have cut out.

I think I am getting  there.

I have a lady coming to Craft Club today  who wants to play with the Groovi system.

I shall try to remember to take some pics and show you  what she creates.

Crafty Ribbons

Hi

I am stepping in for another Crafty Ribbons  DT member this morning.

This is a sweet Baby Girl card I made using Crafty Ribbons Satin Ribbon.

As you know, I make these bows and flowers while watching TV.

All matted onto pretty paper, added a charm.

Groovi Backgrounds

Good Morning All

This published by my mistake yesterday, so here it is again on the correct day.

When I make my Groovi cards I like to mount the parchment onto rainbow card or paper.

I have only afew sheets left so I decided to have another go at making some background papers myself.

Great fun!!!!

Here is an assortment made by  using tissue papers, Distress inks and water.

I then used spray glue to stick the tissue paper onto thin white card.

Looks quite good with afew wrinkles in too.

Here's a New Home card I made with 1 piece of it.

The Groovi plate is my free monthly one for June which I get for being a member of the Clarity Groovi Club.

I thought this plate would also be good for Christmas cards too.

JS Dies for Men cards

Good Morning All

One day I decided to make some 'Men' cards.

I pulled out my Joanna Sheen Signature dies - Plane, motorbike, car and footballer.

Sometimes this is the way I like to craft, Pull out some paper, or card, afew dies and get to work.

All with either buttons, gems and / or charms

Quick cards really.
