I wanted to do a different design of card and came up with this. It looks like a cross over at first.
I bought some magnetic fasteners from Ebay, so I made a strap with the mustard coloured card and wrapped this lovely ribbon around it.
The papers and the tiny buttons are from PaperMania.
Sentiments are homemade, tied with blue and yellow narrow ribbon.
Then the inside stands like an easel card.
Happy Birthday is a Marianne die
(just bought, along with 5 others, but Sshhhhh !!!)
Lots of pictures so I hope you get the idea of the shape of this card
I have been practicing my colouring and this is done with Promarkers

Hi Wendy,
ReplyDeleteThis is brilliant, love the design and papers. The image is so cute, great surprise with him holding a flower towards the recipient and you have coloured him in perfectly. This would have made an excellent Mother's Day card from a young Son too.
Love & Hugs
