Tatty Teddy

Good Morning All
Hope you survived the storms yesterday, I was going round Mums flat and shoving tissue in the keyholes and tape over the vents in the windows on the side of the flat where the wind was hitting.  Got up this morning to afew tiles in the garden and one hanging precariously on the corner of the gutter, so had to ring the council and report it.  But I know this is very minor compared to alot of people, and my heart goes out to you all if you have been hit by the awful floods with more to come, and many without power too.  Mum only said last night, that we are quite lucky in this part of the country and we are.

                                        ********************************************

The card I want to show you today is a Tatty Teddy stamped image coloured with  Promarkers.

I kept it very CAS, no embellishments except a couple of gems and spare bits from Peeloffs.
Keep safe.

  1. Like you Wendy, my sympathy goes out to all the poor people hit by the terrible storms. The South and South west seem to be hit more that the rest of the country.
LOvely card today. Tatty Teddy is such a cutie. I have a couple of stamps of him somewhere and you´ve given me a reminder to route him out.
I won a LOTV stamp today. I´m looking forward to that arriving.
    Take care.

  5. Hi Wendy,

Sounds like you got it bad where you are but you are right we are lucky compared to some. I got home yesterday to find the roof of the conservatory was leaking so I have towels everywhere, hopefully hubby is going to fix it on the weekend.

Your card is lovely, I like Tatty Teddy and you have coloured him in so professionally.Looks like a picture.

  9. Glad you are safe after the storm, Wendy. We are in severe drought where we live in Australia, so would love just a little of your rain. Not as much as you are having, mind.

Love your CAS style card, and yes, Tatty Teddy is so cute.

Thank you for entering our challenge at Crafty Little Fairies, and good luck in the draw. We would also love you to join us again in future challenges.

    Hugs,
    Jennifer. x

  10. Hi Wendy. Great Tatty Ted card. Glad he storms haven't affected you too much. We also live in an area which has avoided the worst. My thoughts go to all that are suffering floods etc. Ironic that Jennifer is suffering at the other end of the weather. Shame we can't send some rain down to Australia for them. Take care.
