So much is recycled stuff ----
The material is the off cuts from curtains in my craft room.
Bead and chain from a broken necklace in a charity shop.
The cord round the base from a draw string waisted dress that I threw out last summer.
It's a Ferro Roche chocolate box that John gave me for Christmas, these are my very fave chocs so I always get a box for Christmas and Birthdays.
Covered with book binder glue to stick the material on.
The material wasn't wide enough to go across the lid so I had to join in the middle.
The base before I stuck the inside in.

You made a great job of covering that box. Trouble is that I don't like those chocs - I'm not keen on Chocolate and nuts together, though I like them both on their own! (I know I'm weird).
ReplyDeleteGreat recycling Wendy, don;t know about you but it always gives me a kick when I do this.
