Johns Sunday Mojo

Good Morning All
It was Johns turn to provide the goodies for Sunday Mojo this week.

This was left on my window sill on Saturday morning.

Sticky backed fabric, felt, gingham, ribbon and pearls.

I had bought this box ages ago in the local Chino store, so I decided to cover this.  It is about 4" square and 2" deep.

I had to use some of the red DS sticky tape as the fabric was not sticky enough to hold.

I cut the green felt with a  Spellbinders border die.

I cut the felt and gingham with a poinsettia die and mixed the layers and  added a big glass pebble.

I used a glue gun to add all the embellishments as I think this is a stronger bond.
(I want a battery powered glue gun but cannot find one here, mine is electric).

Why not hop over to Johns blog to see what he has made, the link is at the top of this post.

xxxxxx

  4. Hi Wendy
You've done a fab job with John's bits. Would be great for a festive gift but then again, I wouldn't want to give it away lol!
Have been thinking about getting a glue gun. Are the battery ones better other than being cordless?
Hope you've got better weather than us today.
