Small Christmas Cards

Good Morning All

Woohoo I made the daily talent spot at Joanna Sheen again yesterday  with another Gruffies card, my pink one here.  Thanks for picking me, it does make me feel good.

I have been making a start on some Christmas cards.  I followed a tutorial on a hinged card at Christinas Card Making Magic but did a smaller version.  While I was in the UK I was busy with my scissors and sticky pads doing some decoupage for Christmas cards so I am using these.

I used Spellbinders 'Fleur de Lis Square'.

These are 4" square so small and cute, just having probs now finding envelopes.  I have put them with 5" ones but they are abit big.

These will all go to the charities here or on the stall at the craft fair in November.  I have just checked that there is a fair as I did not want to be making lots of stuff if we were away on holiday when it was being held, but it is the end of November so we will be back.  And it is before I go to UK to see my new grandson who is due on 13th November.

Tomorrow I will be showing you some gift tags I have made.

  1. Hi Wendy. Many congrats on your Gruffies getting on Joanna blog again. It must be a big boost.

Love these tiny cards. Half a dozen or so would be great in a box to sell at the fair.

    Take care.

    Love Val x

  2. Congrats on your Gruffies card and getting onto Joanna's blog again. I love using the hinged cards, as they make a huge difference in your cards. These cards are lovely, mini and beautiful. I have been trying to put together sets of cards for selling, but unfortunately there isn't many fairs here to sell them at, so it is difficult for me to do this. Hugs, Jen xx
