I hope you enjoy your visit to my blog, mainly card making but I now have six Grand children, five girls and a boy. As I love these kids so much I can't help showing an odd picture of them now and again. I really need to get into Scrapbooking too, loads of pics to use. I do some knitting and crocheting too. I also have a page on Facebook - Wendy's Crafty Crafts where I have a fun challenge most weeks.

Desk Tidy
I have been working on this altered item for ages.
I used different sized tins and one plastic cup and the lid off a Quality Street tin.
If you remember on one of the Sunday Mojos when John gave me a book see it here, I used some of the pages from the book to cover the tins. Here is how it started out.
I lined the insides with various shades of card.
Then I painted with Acrylic paints and I put a pretty pink paper around the plastic one.
And this is how it ended up. I decorated with flowers and gems and ribbon and buttons and butterflies, now isn't that a surprise?

Sorry I've been such a bad blogger the last few weeks Wendy and hands up and admit this is mostly copy and paste, but just wanted to thank you for your visits whilst I have been poorly and say hello, hopefully when we return from holiday I will back to normal - whatever that is !
