I hope you enjoy your visit to my blog, mainly card making but I now have six Grand children, five girls and a boy. As I love these kids so much I can't help showing an odd picture of them now and again. I really need to get into Scrapbooking too, loads of pics to use. I do some knitting and crocheting too. I also have a page on Facebook - Wendy's Crafty Crafts where I have a fun challenge most weeks.

Christmas Stocking
Here is the stocking I have made for Hollies first Christmas. Made from felt, I drew a pattern myself just to get a guide to the size I wanted and I used a Crafters Companion CD to make templates for the letters (the cd's are great for this as you can make letters in 3 sizes). I think it looks pretty cute, and I hope her Mum and Dad like it too and Santa will fill it with delicious goodies in future years for her. I used to love my Christmas Stocking filled with nuts, an apple, a tangerine and maybe an orange too. Those were the days!!!!
