2nd Tutorial

Good Evening All

Here is my 2nd tutorial on how to make a frame card as shown in post yesterday -

I use cream card measuring 36 x 12 cms
Scored at 4  and  7  and  15 and 18 cms from left short side
Fold as shown in this picture------
Choose what shape aperture you would like - I used a scalloped Sissix Die on my Cuttlebug.
Then stick a piece of acetate behind it.
Then decide which paper you would like and cut a piece measuring 18 x 18 cms and glue in place right upto last fold then along to right hand edge.  I cut mine slightly shorter than 12 cm then I would have a cream border showing as in picture.
It is at this stage that you should stick your embellishment that is going to show behind your window - and which numpty forgot again!!!!!  YES  ME.
Using both double sided tape and glue stick from left edge to first fold (use glue stick over tape then you can manoeuvre until in correct position).  Fold over to make your frame shape and stick down over your paper, but flatten before the final stick down out then you know it will fold flat to go in envelope.
Where my finger is in the picture above, that is your left edge.
Now you can start to decorate as you wish.  I had to put my flower inside at this point (fool that I am)

And here is a couple more that I have made tonight.  You can adjust the measurements to any you like to make your frame wider or narrower.  This size will fit in a 8 x 6 " envelope.

I hope you like them and find this one easy to follow.  Please email me if you have any problems and have loads of fun making yours.

The stall went Ok last night and we all had a good time.  We took a reasonable amount of money which all goes back into the charities I support here and some will go to buy food for the poor families in our village.

Thanks for looking here today.
