Scrapbook Page

Hi all

I have been wanting to get into scrapbooking for a long time but never seemed to get the inspiration, but now that my younger son is expecting ( well, not literally, it,s his partner) LOL, I thought this might get me going.  So I thought I would follow her pregnancy with the scrapbook first few pages and here is the first one.  It shows the first scan they had and as they dont know yet if it,s a boy or girl, I copied it twice and matted it onto blue card and pink card.
The 12 x 12 paper is from a pad I bought years ago in USA and its blue and pink spots.  Gold shiny paper on two corners with afew foam hearts and Baby ********* on the top corner and on the bottom corner " You will be loved" written by hand.  It is not upto many peoples standards but I hope to get better as time goes by.  The next page will be her 20 week scan and we will know what the gender will be too.  I would be glad of any comments, good or bad, please let me know what I could do better.

    What a lovely idea to do, and that paper you got in the USA is fab for what you are doing...maybe you could add the date so you know exactly when the scan photos were taken (or does it say that on the photos, its such a long time ago since i had one of those!!!)
