Celebrations

Hi all

Happy Valentines Day to everyone.  Hope you all got some lovely gifts.  I have seen some posts over on Docrafts so I know afew of you have.  I,m getting taken out for dinner tonight so that will be nice.

Todays card is a commission.  I was asked, on Sunday, to make a 60th Diamond anniversary card for one of my quiz buddies.  I have seen afew cards all (or nearly all ) one colour so this was an opportunity to try it out.

As you all know, I love making flowers and these were made from a template from MCS that came with a package of a Click, Print and Go CD and pop out flowers.  So I sit at night while watching the TV and make flowers.  So it is a hammered cream A4 card folded in half and then into an easel fold.  A white linen effect card mounted on top and corners punched.  Then all the embellishments added and glitter round the labels and Stickles on the flowers.
I love it and I hope my friend will too.
