Bits & Bobs

Good Morning All

I have a card today, made from bits & bobs lying on my desk.

It's a smallish card, just 5x5, the size I make for the charity boxes.

A 2 piece Sentiment die mounted onto an offcut of card, inked on the edges ant all matted onto a sort of Paisley patterned paper.

I'm still trying to clear stuff as I'm sure we all are.

Christmas Tags

 Good Morning All

I made some Christmas Tags a while ago to adorn the gift bags I give out to all my Craft Group ladies.Some of them have a little side pockets where I can add a tiny envelope with a voucher in.

This is a great way of using smaller leftover pieces of paper too.

             On these three I added bows made with sparkly wool and added a wooden Christmas tree button.

Outlawz Colour Challenge

 Good Morning All

Outlawz Colour Challenge this month is

Pink to Burgundy

I made a page for my Art Journal.

I use 5x7 water colour paper. and started off with Fired Brick Oxide smooched all over then added some gesso and Pink pearly  drops that have gone abit firm

I have a little Alphabet punch set so punched

Colour My World in different shades of Pinks and reds.

I added a quote ' Learn Something New' which is quite apt because I think Art Journaling is something new on each page.

On opposite corners I sprinkled glitter Chrystals

Then I  add 2 punched circles ready to thread onto my binding rings that hold all my other pages together in the book.

This is my mum on Sunday on her 100th birthday party

She loved it, lots of pressies and cards.

Happy Sunday Challenge

 Good Morning All

This weeks challenge for my Craft Group is a Sketch.

We were not at Group on Friday as, firstly I am in the UK because my Mum is 100 years old today so John and I are visiting her with the rest of the family for abit of a party!!!

Secondly, the shop was shut for Day of the Dead  over in Spain.

Stencils for MTTC

 Good Morning All

My Time To Craft Challenge this time is

Stencils

I made a Thank You card as I like to include them in the charity boxes that I make.

I used a Circle negative from diecutting and coloured with Oxides, blended through red to lemon.

The florals are Distress  inks.

I added afew dew drops.  Then matted onto red and black card.

This is the stencil I used, not sure whose it is.
