Happy Sunday Challenge

 Good Morning All

The challenge this week is

I got carried away with these and made quite afew, more to come in the next few weeks!!!

The gifts I gave out on Friday were Chewits, Strawberry flavour.

I made various style of boxes for them and decorated with ribbon and/or flowers.

My Time To Crafts 513 - Shades of Blue

Good Morning All 

The them this time over at My Time To Craft Challenge is

Shades of Blue

I inked the background piece with Sapphire and china blue Oxide inks.

Cut the Happy Birthday die 4 times and glued together for depth then mounted onto Mirri card.

Added afew tiny stamps from JND on the oval.Inked the honeycomb diecut too.  Then added a few glass gems.

A Little Bit Different

 Good Morning All

I have three cards to show you today.

Two have pockets and these are Birthday cards.

This one has an envelope in the vellum pocket and I have made a little card to go inside the envelope.

I've had the sentiments / words printed on sticky paper for a good while

This one has a vellum pocket too with a tag and two mini playing cards in.

I used Washi tape to secure the pocket at the bottom as you can always see glue through vellum and parchment.

This one I decided to make into a Thank You card as I dont have any in my boxes.

I used two pieces of scrap card for the mat and pit Washi tape to hide the join.

I had fun making these cards and that is the main thing.

Happy Sunday Challenge

 Good Morning All

Sunday challenge time and it is

Lets See An Animal.

I went with my old faithful stash of LOTV Toppers and this is one of the smaller ones, a little pussy cat with a Birthday cake.

Inked and stamped background  with a large sentiment diecut from Creative Expressions, doubled up to give a shadow effect.

Stickers & Stamping

 Good Morning All

Today I have a couple of A6 size cards to show you.

I dont make alot of this size but as I am getting afew boxes ready for the charities to raffle, this is a good size to make.

This first one is an Oxide background with abit of stencilling and  random stamping and a sticker from my JJ stash.

This one is using hammered card, abit of inking around the edges.

A pierced oval diecut and another sticker.

I stamped the sentiment and added afew raindrop gems.

The sticker do help to make quick cards.

Crochet for the Charity

 Good Morning  All

Here are 3 shawls I have crocheted for the charity, all being stored upstairs until Autumn.

I just go on You Tube and search for Crochet Baby Blanket Rounds.

This throws up shawls or blankets that start in the centre, so that way, I can do a Pram blanket or a shawl, depending how much wool I have and add colours as and when I feel like it.  I find this better than working across in rows.

Happy Sunday Challenge

Back to normal this week after having 2 lots of visitors over the last 12 days.  Lots of driving, swimming and then washing and cleaning!!

Back to Craft on Friday although it was depleted numbers as some away on holiday.
