Good Morning All

I have been playing around with some Shabby Chic papers and digi kits.

So I made a notelet book to go in the drawer for Christmas gifts.

This is the front and closed with seam binding.

It is a quad fold (A4) size

Papers from Gi Kerr - Happiness in Crafting

I added coffee dyed papers and notebook papers for writing on.

Ribbon from Crafty Ribbons and lace from stash.

Seam binding and Heart buttons from Crafty Ribbons.

Word ribbon from Crafty Ribbons too.

The pieces of coffee dyed paper that were left, I made into tiny notebooks for my Junk Journals.

They are about 2 and 3" tall.

They are great for tucking in tiny pockets just to add abit more interest, and great for using scraps too.

So cute.

Happy Sunday Challenge

Good Morning All

Happy Sunday to you all and I hope you are having a good weekend.

Our weather is getting quite hot now, fans are out and AC on at times.

The challenge I set my ladies at Craft Club on Friday was to use some paper toppers and inserts that I gave out similar to this one.

                                                  Here are some cards I made using them.

The gifts I gave out were a mixture of what was left after John and I had been nibbling during lockdown!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I needed to get them given out as they melt in the heat here.

So Cute for Allsorts

Good Morning All

Allsorts Challenge time again and the theme is

So Cute

I cut the topper from LOTV with S/B Scalloped Circles, infact, all are cut using that set of dies.

I added afew of my butterflies.

Then when I had took the photo I noticed one of the scallop edges was cut off so...................

I stuck a flower over it!!!!

Gingham for Crafty Ribbons

Good Morning All

Crafty Ribbons are having a Showcase week on their Facebook page and there is a bundle of Ribbon up for grabs, all you have to do is comment on their opening post.

I used JND Heart Box die (just the sides) and made these Oval boxes.

I made the bows with 23mm Gingham ribbon 

I wrapped one box with Grosgrain ribbon with Macaroons on HERE

and the other I wrapped paper around and added another bow.

I shall use these for my Craft Club ladies gifts at some point.

Clusters for Junk Journal

Good Morning All

I have been watching You Tube and looking at ways to use more scraps.

This is one way of using very small bits of paper and card.

These are great for using bits of lace, material and papers.

They can be used in Junk Journals to create Tuck spots or just for decoration.

There are many tutorials on You Tube.

I dont think there will be many there as some ladies are still wary of meeting.
